Regenta developed nine apartments in Edmonton in late 2014/early 2015.
The team worked collaboratively with the architects to create a design that maximised the space in what was a very limited site. A solution was carefully thought out and met with the nine apartments split across two blocks.
Regenta are particularly proud of this scheme as they were able to create an impressive solution for a site that originally posed tough, logistical challenges.
